Terms and prices
Prices
A new account gets 50 coins: 2 research free. One coin is one US cent. A research on svitok.app costs 25 coins. From the CLI and connected apps, a lite answer costs 10, a normal one 25 and a deep one 75. Searching and reading your saves is free. You buy coins in packs: 1,000 coins for $10, and 2,500 coins for $25. Prices include VAT. Coins do not expire, and a research that fails gives its coins back.
Refunds
You can get a full refund for coins you have not used within 14 days of buying them. Write to genue.luben@gmail.com with your X handle or the email you paid with. A refund takes that pack's coins back from your balance. When you buy coins, you ask svitok to deliver research at once, so coins you have already spent are not refunded.
What svitok does
svitok reads fresh public X posts, the X bookmarks you import and the web, and writes one answer with its sources. Answers can be wrong or out of date: check the sources before you act. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Fair use
Do not use svitok to break the law, to harass people or to collect X data in bulk. Keep your tokens to yourself, and do not try to get around the coins or the limits. svitok can block an account that does this, and then refunds the coins it bought and did not use.
Your questions and pages
Your questions and research belong to you. A research stays private until you share it; a shared page is open to anyone with its link. svitok may show shared pages as examples on its home page. Write to svitok to take one off.
Changes
svitok can change its features and prices. A new price applies only to coins bought after the change. svitok is provided as it is; as far as the law allows, its liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
Seller and law
svitok is run by freym, Spain. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep every right that the law of your own country gives you.
